1. Who are we?
NexON Projects is a Dutch consultancy focused on delivering energy projects in medium and high voltage. We are the data controller for the personal data we receive through this website.
2. What data do we collect?
Only what you provide to us yourself. Specifically:
- Name, email address and telephone number when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp
- Project or company information you share in a conversation or email exchange
- Technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, pages visited) via standard server logs
On this website we use no tracking cookies, no advertisements and no marketing pixels.
3. What do we use this data for?
- To contact you about your project enquiry
- To prepare a quotation or proposal
- To comply with legal obligations (for example the retention period for invoices)
We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. How long do we keep your data?
No longer than necessary, and in any case no longer than the statutory retention periods:
- Contact details from a no-obligation conversation, a maximum of 12 months, unless you explicitly indicate that you want to stay in touch for longer
- Invoices and project documents, 7 years (statutory retention period)
5. Who do we share your data with?
Only with parties we strictly need in order to deliver our services:
- Our accountant (for processing invoices)
- Our email and accounting providers (processing on European servers)
We have data processing agreements with these parties under the GDPR (AVG).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- To see which data we hold about you
- To request correction or erasure
- To object to the processing
- To lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

7. Changes
We update this statement when necessary, for example on our formal incorporation in Q4 2026 or when laws and regulations change. The version indicated above is always the current one.
