Your steering committee takes a decision. We deliver the document to base it on.
The full review of the energy project, cost engineering, a delivery plan, a schedule with the decision points and the long-lead items built in, and the decision document: go, no-go or how to proceed. With every risk owned and priced, and one fixed price for the entire engagement.
Insight, where there is uncertainty today
Predictability instead of delays
Control back, with you and your steering committee
We don't start Operation Control without Operation Insight. That keeps you from paying for assumptions.

Go, no-go or how to proceed
One recommendation, substantiated and readable in a single sitting. We come and explain it to your steering committee.
Four components. None of them optional.
This is a product, not a bundle of hours. A clearly defined scope with a fixed price and a delivery date.
Analysis
The full review of your energy project
Power requirement and load profile, grid situation and congestion status, the contract forms still open (firm, non-firm, cable pooling, closed distribution system/GDS), technical variants with their lead times and cost estimates, and the permit and land position. Verified with the parties who have to approve it. Delivers: one truth about what is possible.
Plan
The plan of approach, with every party mapped
Who does what, when, and what is needed for it. All parties mapped, inside and outside your organisation: your steering committee and project team, procurement and finance, the grid operators (TSO and DSO), municipality and province, water board and other permitting authorities, landowners, contractors and suppliers. With the decisions your steering committee has to take and when, so that nobody is waiting on anybody. Delivers: a route in which every party finds its own role.
Schedule
The schedule, checked against every control aspect
The critical path with the decision points everything hinges on, and the lead times of the long-lead items built in. For each decision point: what must be ready, who decides, and what happens if it is not ready. Assessed on money, risk, organisation, time, information and quality, so the schedule holds not only on dates but on what sits underneath them. Delivers: a schedule that does not shift without you knowing why.
Decision
The decision document for the steering committee
The document it was all for: go, no-go or how to proceed. With the risks named and priced, the scenarios side by side, and a recommendation we come and defend in your meeting. Delivers: a decision, instead of another round.
What keeps going wrong in our industry, and our answer to it.
These are not themes we picked ourselves, but the five complaints we have heard on both sides of the table, from grid operators and from developers. Operation Control is built on them.
Uncertainty
Nobody can say when there will be power, or what it will cost.
You get one report that states what is needed and who is needed for it. Not a date we make up, but a date tested with the party that has to issue it, with the uncertainty spelled out.
Delays
Projects slip without you seeing why.
A schedule with decision points, worked through for money, risk, organisation, time, information and quality. For each point it is fixed who decides and what happens if it isn't ready. If something slips, you know why the same week.
Extra costs
Additional work and variations that come afterwards.
One fixed fee, set before we start. Risks named and priced up front. If it turns out halfway that things need to change, that is our risk and not your invoice.
Fragmented points of contact
With every party you start from scratch.
One party that manages the whole chain, from initiative to handover. We talk to the grid operators, the municipality, the province and the contractors. You do not have to tell your story again every time.
Too little expertise at the table
Decision-makers do not know the engineering.
We translate the technology into a decision a steering committee can take, and come to explain it in your meeting. You don't need to become a high-voltage engineer to say yes or no responsibly.
One fixed fee, set before we start.
€50,000 is the guide price for an engagement. We set the final price after Operation Insight, based on power, voltage level and how many parties are already at the table. After that it is fixed.
Price
€50,000 per engagement
Set after Operation Insight. No recalculation afterwards, no additional work as a business model.
Duration
6 to 10 weeks
From assignment to decision document, depending on turnaround times at third parties.
Included
We explain it
In your steering committee, at the table. That is part of it, not on top of it.
If we find halfway through that it has to be done differently, you hear it immediately, and you do not pay more. That risk is ours, not yours.
Tell us where the project stands.
One of the founders calls you within one working day. If you have not yet had Operation Insight, we start there. That is faster and cheaper than a plan built on assumptions.
No obligations. A conversation is just a conversation.
You speak to a founder, not an account manager.
We also say so if there is nothing we can do for you. That saves us both time.
Call request · Operation Control
What steering committees want to know.
Why does Operation Insight have to come first?
Because otherwise we build a plan on assumptions, and you pay for paper. After a half-day on site we know what needs to go in and can put a fixed price on it that actually holds. That protects you as much as it protects us.
We already have an engineering firm. Does that clash?
No. An engineering firm calculates and designs; we make sure a decision gets made and the chain moves. We often work alongside a firm and use their documents as source material.
Do you also execute the plan afterwards?
It can. After a go, we can mobilise and direct if you wish: owner’s engineering, QA/QC, keeping the parties at the table and holding the stage gates until the connection is in place. That is a separate engagement, and you are not tied to it.
What if the outcome is no-go?
Then you have a substantiated no-go decision, and that is exactly what you paid for. Continuing with a project that cannot work is more expensive than stopping. We then set out the conditions under which it could still work later.
How do you handle our confidential documents?
We work under NDA as standard and share nothing outside the team working on your project. Cases on this site are anonymised, unless the client decides otherwise.
Not had Operation Insight yet? Start there.
It saves you weeks, and saves us a plan built on assumptions.
